The Adult Day Program (ADP) provides individuals with developmental disabilities the support, life skills, and community integration needed to live as independently as possible.
Supported Life Coaching
Supported Life Coaches (SLCs) provide tailored training to help individuals live independently. Services may include housing support, financial skills, meal planning, and community integration.
- Finding and Securing a Home: Assistance locating housing and understanding lease agreements.
- Home Maintenance: Support with cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
- Budgeting & Financial Skills: Training on managing bills, tracking expenses, and financial planning.
- Meal Planning & Nutrition: Guidance in food preparation, grocery shopping, and healthy eating.
- Community Integration: Helping individuals participate in local events and activities.
Supported Employment
Supported Employment Services help individuals identify their skills, secure meaningful work, and receive job-site support to maintain long-term success.

Personal Assistance

- Supervision: Safety monitoring and daily activity support.
- Companionship: Social interaction to support emotional well-being.
